Here is how the Anvaigo Mobile App guides you through a typical delivery process, in two easy steps:

1. Create a delivery request, add additional delivery information, and assign to a vehicle.

2. Delivery goods, additional documentation including photos, collect a signature.

3. Checklists for your vehicle fleet – complete safety and vehicle checks.

Prepare a delivery

Use Dynamics to prepare orders for delivery

Create a delivery request for an order and select the vehicle.
Use either the stored address data or specify a new delivery address.
Add additional delivery details, such as the entrance number or an agreed drop-off location.
Assign the delivery request to a driver.

Complete a delivery

Efficient delivery thanks to clever App features

View all delivery locations on a map, and change the route if needed. Use GPS navigation to the location.
Deliver the goods and add documentation (e.g. delivery discrepancies or damages) with photos and comments.
Collect returns, including empty pallets or bottles.
Obtain a digital signature from the customer as proof of delivery, note a GPS delivery location, and print a delivery notice.
