Export Updates for Banking Information

In the export mappings we have changed the output of BT-81 to use the attribute Payment Means Code instead of the attribute format of the Payment Means attribute. We also now use the information from the structure, if available, for payment information. Both changes will only affect you if you have custom mappings and have changed the default values.
