Anvaigo E-Invoice is a solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision). This means that you are fully compliant with the European Union’s E-Invoicing obligation, which has been in effect since January 1, 2025.
The module allows you to receive and send E-Invoices in compliance with the EU standard EN16931. It does not matter which formats your exchange partners will use in the future. Anvaigo E-Invoice flexibly supports all formats.
As of January 1st, 2025, the E-Invoicing obligation will apply to the B2B sector within the same state. The aim is to simplify controls and meet EU requirements to prevent VAT fraud. A major challenge in the introduction of E-Invoicing is the uncertainty about the exact formats that Germany and other EU member states will agree on within this 3-year period. With Anvaigo E-Invoice, we counteract this problem with a high degree of flexibility and compatibility.

We currently provide a template for the XRechnung export, templates in other formats are planned, and it is also possible to set up your own XML export formats.
Anvaigo recommends preparing technically and organizationally for the E-Invoice obligation. With Anvaigo E-Invoice, you have a solution that can easily import and process various formats.
At the moment, the Anvaigo E-Invoice solution offers templates specifically to cover the German E-Invoice standards. While it is possible to use the Anvaigo E-Invoice solution to handle the e-invoice standards in other countries, these formats would need to be custom configured, at an additional cost. In regards to any additional specifications for other countries, such as the transmission paths or other legal requirements, these need to be discussed separately with the Dynamics partner.

This package applies to each mapping type and direction (outgoing/incoming). For 1.360€, it includes advice, installation, accompanied live operation and handover to your key users. An Anvaigo E-Invoice license is a prerequisite for this package.

For the automatic data exchange in BC Online (Public Cloud / Software as a Service), a communication handler is required. This can either be developed in-house or you can use the Anvaigo Managed File Transfer. More information about Anvaigo MFT can be found here.

The Managed File Transfer service is available for Anvaigo E-Invoice and Anvaigo EDI Connect solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Online (Public Cloud / SaaS from Microsoft). It is offered as a separate service external to the business relationship from the Anvaigo Partner Agreement, is an optional service, and is not included in the Anvaigo license. Alternatively, separate communication components can be set up in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Online.
