Anvaigo Server Communication Log
Activation/Deactivation
On the Anvaigo Mobile App Setup page, in the field “Anvaigo Server Communication Log active”.
The server log must be activated to generate entries in the Anvaigo Server Communication Log.
Retrieving Logs
On the Anvaigo Mobile App Setup page, use the action “Log” and the sub-option “Get Log”. A page with all logs will then open. The file name consists of a timestamp and the username. Here, the log can be selected and downloaded.
What is Logged?
This logs the communication between Dynamics and the Anvaigo Server or the DLS. This communication occurs, for example, during the replication of users and shows why replications may fail. You can also see which data is sent to the Delta Service, for example, for creating delta scripts. The log also shows responses from the DLS or Anvaigo Server.
Logs should only be activated temporarily, as the additional logging can severely impact performance. Generated logs should be deleted when they are no longer needed for analysis.
