Anvaigo App Service Log

Activation/Deactivation

On the Anvaigo Mobile App Setup page, click on the three dots next to the instance name to open the Anvaigo Service Setup page. There, you will find the field “App Service Log active.”

Retrieving Logs

On the Anvaigo Service Setup page, use the action “Log” and the sub-option “Get App Service Log.” A page with all logs will then open. The file name consists of a timestamp and the username. Here, the log can be selected and downloaded.

What is Logged?

Logs the activities of the App Service. This log is primarily used by Anvaigo Support for analysis purposes.

Logs should only be activated temporarily, as the additional logging can severely impact performance. Generated logs should be deleted when they are no longer needed for analysis.
