SFTP Connector
Create a new SFTP Connector
You can create a new connector by going to Settings -> Connectors and click on the action “New Connector”. You can give the connector a name and a description. Then choose “SFTP” as the connector type.
You can configure the following properties:

This is the plain ip address or the hostname of the SFTP server you want to connect to.
The port of the SFTP server.
This is the username of the SFTP account.
The password of your SFTP account.
Please retype the password.
If the SFTP server requires the use of a private key, you can upload it here. It has to be upload in the format .pem.
In most cases the root path can be left as it is. It depends on the server setup if needs to be set to a specific value.
Create a SFTP Partner
Each SFTP connector can have multiple partners, seperated by different folders on the SFTP server.
To create a new partner navigate to the SFTP connector card page. On the partner subpage click on “New”. You will have to provide the following information:

The name of the partner. This information is just used in the user interface of the portal.
Optional. You can take some notes regarding the connection.
This code has to be unique and is used to identify the partner to the connected ERP system. It has to be identical to one of the EDI Communication Partner codes in Anvaigo EDI Connect.
Check this box if you want to receive data from this partner
Here you specify the subfolder of the root path where the files are stored that shall be imported to Dynamics. If it is the same as the root folder, you can leave it blank.
If the folder can contain other files than the ones you want to receive you can set an appropriate file mask here, otherwise you can leave it blank.
After the file has been imported to the MFT, one of several options can be performed:

- Move to archive: this will move the file from the import folder to the folder specified in the “Archive Folder” property.
- Add timestamp and move to archive: this is the same, but an additional timestamp will be written to the filename
- Delete file from server: the imported file will be deleted from the “Receive Folder”
Check this box if you want to send data to the partner.
If there is a subfolder of the root folder of the connector where the files shall be stored, you can specify it here. If it is the same folder as the root folder you can leave it blank.
