Connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
To connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to the Anvaigo Managed File Transfer platform, you’ll have to get the correct API URL and API key. You can get the information for the currently selected company, by clicking on Settings -> API Settings.
The URL is specific to the currently selected company and cannot be changed. The API Key is generated when you click on “Create New Key” and is only displayed directly afterwards. If you create a new key, all old keys will get invalid. This can, for example, be used to ensure that after copying the database only the live system can receive and send files.
These two informations need to be set on a communication channel in Anvaigo EDI Connect. The communication channel needs to use the codeunit 5327387. “ANVEDI Service Communication”.

The “Message Subject” can be used via the placeholder {subject} on the MFT.
If you have a communication channel that shall import files from the MFT and you have several partners set up, you might come across the necessity to import the files by different communication channels, in order to setup different file types (EDIFACT, XML,…). This can be done by adding the following to the host URL from the API settings: “/partner/<Partner Code (ERP System)>
