License Server Connectivity
On a new installation, the expected behavior is a message stating “No active license found”. This triggers the creation of an Anvaigo Instance ID, which can then be assigned by our Partner Care team.
If you receive an error indicating that the license server cannot be contacted, please check the following requirements:
Connection Requirements
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Classic Client:
The license server must be reachable from each client machine. The HTTP components from the installation package have to be installed. - NAV 2009 RTC and later versions (including Business Central On-Premises):
The license server must be reachable from the service tier. - Business Central Online:
Connectivity is typically preconfigured. No additional setup should be required.
Firewall Configuration (On-premise only)
Ensure that your local firewall allows HTTP (port 80) and HTTPS (port 443) traffic to the following domains:
dls.anveogroup.com
– for versions prior to 5.4.16.0dls.anvaigo.com
– for versions 5.4.16.0 and newermappings.ediconnect.de
– required for accessing the mapping server (not license-related, but important for EDI functionality)
.NET TLS Support (NAV only)
Older NAV versions use .NET Framework 2.0, which may not support modern TLS protocols by default. Ensure that .NET 2.0 is configured to support newer TLS versions (e.g., TLS 1.2) to maintain secure communication.
Extension Configuration (Business Central only)
For all versions of the Anvaigo EDI Connect extension:
- Confirm that Allow HttpClient Requests is enabled in the extension configuration.
- This setting is required even for Business Central Online.
- For Anvaigo E-Invoice, the HTTP setting must be enabled in the Anvaigo EDI Connect extension, not the separate E-invoice app.
