Installation

Anvaigo E-Invoice is compatible with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009R2 through the latest versions of Business Central, including Business Central Online. The installation process varies based on your Dynamics system and setup.

Prerequisites

For On-Premises Systems (Non-BC Online):

  • Ensure that your Dynamics license was downloaded after October 30, 2024.
  • The license must include the Anvaigo EDI Connect granule. If your license already includes this granule, simply re-download the updated version.

Installation Instructions

NAV/FOB-Based Installation

  1. Import FOB Objects: Start by importing the required FOB objects provided in your Anvaigo E-Invoice download.
  2. Select One Menu Suite: Choose and install only one of the provided menu suites for your system.
  3. For NAV 2009 Classic Only:
    • Install the additional HTTP Client. This client is provided as an executable (exe file) in the download.
    • Place the executable in a folder where it will be permanently stored (e.g., the Program Files folder).
    • Run the executable, and it will unpack and register itself at the chosen location.
    • Note: Do not move or delete these files after installation, as they need to remain in the designated folder for the HTTP client to function.
  4. For Other Systems: No additional HTTP software is needed, as these systems support HTTP through built-in components.
  5. Additonal Steps for NAV / FOB Installations (Integration and Permissions)

Extension-Based Installation

For systems supporting extensions, follow these steps:

  1. Install the Universal Code build: For new system installations, use the Universal Code version rather than the Internal build for better compatibility. On newer BC versions we only support Universal Code ready extensions.
  2. Publish and Install the Extension: Locate the Anvaigo EDI Connect extension provided in the download package and publish and install it like any other .app file. Please note that the application file is a runtime package and the major version of your Dynamics installation has to match.

Business Central Online

Install from AppSource: Go to Microsoft AppSource, find the Anvaigo E-Invoice app, and proceed with the installation directly from there.
