Anvaigo Health Check Failed on Anvaigo Server Configuration

Symptom

Anvaigo’s Health check returns an error on Anvaigo Server configuration like:

  • Anvaigo Server Configuration Failed: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.
  • Anvaigo Server Configuration Failed: The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not found.

Cause

The communication from Anvaigo Server to Microsoft Dynamics Web Services fails due to wrong URL, username + password or wrong web services configuration.

Solutions

  1. Check your Anvaigo Server configuration in Anvaigo Setup and export new configuration file for Anvaigo Server. Replace existing configuraion file in Anvaigo Server and restart the Anvaigo Server service. Re-run your Anvaigo Health Check again.
