Anvaigo Instances – EDI Connect

As of July 1st, 2023, the use of the Anvaigo Instance for Anvaigo EDI Connect is mandatory for BC Online installations. Using the Anvaigo Instance means that you will no longer need to input new license keys, but instead these are automatically fetched from the Anvaigo server.

If you do not already have an Anvaigo Instance in your production or test environment, this is issued in the EDI Setup Card.

On the Setup Card, simply hit the “Update License” button in the upper left of the menu bar. This will issue the EDI Instance.

Once this is issued, the Anvaigo Partner Care team can connect this to the correct license key and transmit the new license back to the needed environment. We would ask that you send either the instance number or a screenshot of the EDI Setup Card to the Partner Care team for this.

It is necessary that each environment and company name have separate EDI Instances. If this is not the case, and the production and test environments have identical EDI Instances, this might be causing license issues in both environments. To correct this, you will need to remove the EDI Instance from one of the environments. In the EDI Setup Card, Under Actions in the menu bar, hit the “Unregister from License Server” button. This will remove the EDI Instance ID. You will then need to hit the “Update license” button, and a new EDI Instance will be issued.
